Silverdale Street, runs off 1326 London Road and was originally known as Steven Parade. It was named after tenement builder William Stevenson. At numbers 13 to 25 stands Belvidere Bowling Club, which dates from 1861. At number 48 was Springfield Park, home of the now defunct football club Strathclyde FC.

This was at one time Tollcross Park museum. The display case pictured tells the story of "Who Killed Cock Robin" which as kids we loved going to view (I think it is now on display at The Peoples Palace on the Glasgow Green). Another attraction at the museum was upon entry there stood a huge red deer which apparently used to roam the estate before it became a public park.

Definitely Rosebery Park. According to Ged O'Brien's "Played in Glasgow" this was home to Shawfield FC 1918-60. Closed 1990s when soil discovered to be contaminated.

Dalriada Street, Kinlock street and adjoining school all demolished. Whole families were rehoused at taxpayers expense and the empty ground allegedly sold for just £1 by G.C.C. to a nearby football club with 'history'.
