Spelling of this house is Arthurlee. Henry Dunlop of Levern Mills changed it from Upper Arthurly to Arthurlee as there were so many Arthurlie Houses in Barrhead. |

Opened for goods only by the Caledonian Railway as far Barrhead South in June 1905, the section onwards to Lyoncross Junction was never actually opened and the tracks were lifted in 1917. |
