 Some of the technical buildings at this end of the studios site remained when the bulk of the site was demolished in the early 1980s and redeveloped as a business park. The remaining area were used for film post-production work and the like. More recently, the site has been redeveloped as a luxury residential site incorporating the original laboratory building. |

| After Alexander Korda built Denham Studios in 1935-36, he had an office in this older building. It looked out over the water. |

| The Fishery as seen in EPW006205. Notice how the full length glazed verandah which was there in 1921 has gone by 1938. Also by 1938 there are additional windows in the roof which were not there in 1921. |
