A number of lost Farnham pubs can be seen here: the Bush Tap, Ship, Royal Deer, Queen Street Tavern, Unicorn and Green Man.

The title of this picture is incorrect. It should be 'The junction of South Street, East Street, Bear Lane and The Borough'. The Woolmead only came into existence in late 1960s when a major rebuilding of the junction took place and Wooldmead was created parallel with East Street.

The picture shows the junctions of South Street with East Street and The Borough. Woolmead was the name given to the shopping precint built along the north side of East Street in the late 1960's.
