This building yesterday 11/3/2014. Can anyone fill in the details of this early Hendon Aerodrome structure?

That's Claude Grahame-White's watchtower, relocated from its original position and restored by the museum. It has his office upstairs. One of the few remaining early structures from the London Aerodrome.
