A very interesting picture this.How incredible this would be in colour.

At berth no 1 is undoubtedly the paddler "Prins Hendrik"(1895-1922)probably just inbound from Vlissingen.At berth no 3 possibly a(as yet unidentifiable) vessel of Belgian Marine from Ostend.Note at this date Aliens Officers as well as Customs Officers would have been "controlling" passengers at this port on arrival and departure either on board or on shore.
