I worked in that foundry as a trainee moulder around 1966 to 1970.Mr. Sydney Smart was the training Officer at that time.Happy days.

Hi,what was going on in all those military buildings?

The out buildings were used to store the wooden patterns till they were needed in the foundery in my days of working there.Some of my colleagues names were Malkit Singh.Satbinder Singh. Barry Timmins and one of the kanteen ladies name was June Begg.There were more apprentices there working alongside me but I cannot remember all their names.
