    These are not the gravel pits in Watton Road.They were allotments, my late father had one for many years prior to the site being swallowed up by GSK (formerly Allen and Hanburys)

     Old Vicarage, left empty mid/late 1970s,then burnt down,demolished and Old Vicarage Estate built by Rialto of Hertford.
