Fosse Way - no, seriously, look it up on Google Earth. Kemble is the easiest airfield in Britain to find, as long as you know whether you're north or south of it. Anywhere from Lincoln to Exeter (although it's a bit more fiddly just south of Bath), fly due east or west until you pick up the Fosse Way (it's difficult to miss from the air). If you reach the sea, you've started in the wrong direction, so turn around and fly the reciprocal. Once you've found it, fly along it north east (if south) or south west if north of the field) until you find Kemble. Try it on FSX or Google Maps. |
