' These two tracks (right to London, left to Scotland)were the original 1849 Great Northern Railway,the original GNR Viaduct over the River Nene was listed in the 1980's and been under restoration during 2014. The track here was quadrupled in about 1924, this required two new rail bridges, one over the River Nene the other over the March/Cambridge line. '
