Dredger 'Foremost Prince'. Not built on Clydebank as far as I know. Was at work - unless it was another vessel of the same name - in Newhaven in 1947

May have been the same vessel. This one had just(1933) been built at the Blythswood yard and was engined by Aitchison Blair Ltd at Clydebank. Clydesite has her as built for New Zealand. There is a thread in the Ships Nostalgia website which mentions her.

Probably Lima or Vouga. These two vessels were built and engined by the Yarrow shipyard. Four others were built in Portugal and had Yarrow machinery installed. The design of the Douro class vessels was by Yarrow, based on the British destroyer Ambuscade
