 York Castle, Built by Joseph Ball a local steeplejack, I worked on the demolition in October 1968, While we were on the job a film crew were making a film of Joseph's life, they also did some filming in the Lancashire Vaults around the corner on Manchester St, Has anyone got a copy, I never got to see it.By the way the ford consul in the photo was mine. |

 Bent Hall Pub, One night 4 heavies from Ashton attacked Terry English, It was all over in less than 2 minutes all 4 put to sleep by Terry, you had to respect a man like that. |
